  • For the moment, Safe & Sane is an online International Psychological Support Practice, and we provide solely online services. Anywhere, Anyplace and Anytime.

  • At the moment, we only provide services online.

    Safe & Sane was built to provide affordable and inexpensive mental health support anywhere, anyplace and anytime, from which our clients feel satisfied.

  • Sessions take place only in virtual form, particularly in a video calling platform/application such as MS-Teams, Zoom, Skype and/or any other software of preference. Conversely, depending the individual, sessions might take place in a form of a phone call or texting.

  • Our Practice provides treatment in English, Greek and Albanian. However, work & Organisational services to Corporations, Organisations and Group of people can be arranged based on language of preference upon request.

  • Due to the fact that our practice is still very new to the market, we now offer therapy primarily in English, but also in Greek and Albanian upon request.

  • At Safe & Sane our priority is our client. Thus, we are working on building a larger network of multilingual therapists from which clients will be able to benefit world-wide.

  • Treatment might range from a few sessions for minor concerns in a form of Counselling to multi-year treatment for more serious issues. The length of treatment is decided in cooperation with the psychologist and according to the nature of the client's problems, their objectives, and their financial situation. You also have the freedom to withdraw from receiving therapy whenever you want and for any reason.

  • At Safe & Sane, we understand first-hand what is it like to be hurting and cannot wait. Therefore, we have a rule of getting back to you as soon as possible and no longer than 24 hours.

  • Safe & Sane does not cooperate directly with any health insurance at the moment. Thus, you will be responsible to pay your own fees directly. However, some insurance companies might pay part of your fees. Please follow up with your insurance provider directly.

  • Each client will be able to pay via any bank account regardless of country. After completing your session you will be sent an invoice consisting an IBAN account from which can be used for payments with correct reference intact on invoice.

    Moreover, clients could have the possibility for other methods of payment (Paypal, tikkie etc).

  • Safe & Sane and its colleagues have engineered 3 exclusive packages in order to aid clients in difficult financial situation. However, clients can pay in 3 instalments only for the package of 25 session with 5% interest.

  • One of the reasons Safe & Sane exists is because we believe in mental health support being a human right and not a luxury.

  • Due to Safe & Sane being an online international practice, it is advised to get in touch with the emergency services of your county and region.

    Note: 112 is the only number you can use to access the emergency services in all EU countries.
